Garden Bridge

This customer wanted abridge from his garden into the woods at the back of his house where he walked his dog daily.

The bridge is constructed from green oak throughout. The two supporting 7" thick beams  were made as arches by laminating 1" steam bent boards, which were tied together with coach bolts.

The customer also wanted a defined border between his lawn and the bridge, so we incorporated a oak sleeper boundry filled with wood chip.
